Phil and Compromise Comics Enterprise will be tabling at the first Artists' Book Fair in Liverpool, to be held at Wolstenholme Projects on 15-16th November, to coincide with the last leg of Liverpool Biennial. Expect fresh printings of old classics such as Clam & Elgar etc, alongside the all new Blackout 4 and a specially commissioned biennial publication!
